Re: Sweet Lord M105 splatters/dusts like a banshee

I think the "Bee" has a point - no pun intended! I tried 105 and it just wasn't for me, proving that thing about old dogs and new tricks. However, I tried 95 and it's easy enough for me, a man with serious talent for screwing up, to use and use well.

Got a question about your process.

What do you guys normally follow up 95 or 105 with? Do you typically use another Megs product or do just use your favorite polish?

Would 95 or 105 work with a DA polisher? thanks.

Now for you 105 mixers.... If you guys are mixing stuff into 105 to get longer working times, you might want to look into M95. It has a nice, long working time, it's easy to use, and since you're not having to mix/cut it for the working time, it cuts just as well as 105. And it costs about half. Honestly, why pay so much for 105 if you're just defeating it's purpose? Megs intended it to be a very short working time, heavy cut compound, and you're paying *alot* of money for their efforts.

Using M105 in the manner in which Megs intended does work very well, it just takes alot of getting used to. Since 105 is capable of doing it's intended work in a short 15 seconds or so, why would you want to drag it out longer, and with less cutting? Yup, that sounds like a *perfect* job for much less expensive 95.

Whatever it takes to clear up the marring. This could be Menzerna IP, SIP, or anything un-Menzerna that has enough cut to clear things up. It will all depend on the clear coat and amount of correction necessary.

You could if you had a connection with someone in the States that would send it up to you. I'll ask around and see if I can find someone....

Oh ya, that's a great idea considering how the last one turned out! Did you ever find that receipt? Please say yes?

Nope, I never did. But next time, we'll use FedEx, and bypass the ham fisted guys at UPS.
