Re: Dawn Power Dissolver : Update

Yeah Chuck, here in North Carolina, tobacco has been grown for a couple hundred years - and it was the cash crop for many years. I can't say I'm a smoker although I do enjoy an occassional cigar. I didn't mean to get your panties in a wad, I was just trying to say do what you feel is right for you - ok, nothing personal. And I don't worry what's "socially acceptable" on my own land in my own damn garage, I use protection IF I feel there is a reason for it -like safety glasses while running a chain saw or weed trimmer. Maybe growing up on a farm and having and old man that survived WWII in the Marines made me a little tougher. Oh yeah, I use to wash my hands in lacquar thinner to get the paint off when I worked at the auto body shop in high school, that's been 30 years and no effects yet. But that was back when it was single stage paint.

And I meant to say eternal nap on the other post.

I have a story to share I cooked a lot in college, mostly spicy food. One day, my buddies and I discovered habaneros. All things internet recommended gloves when working with them. Pffft, I be good cook, me no need gloves.

So I cut one up, cleaned out some seeds, dropped it in my spaghetti sauce, went to do something else for an hour while the sauce simmered gently, then went to take a leak (note: I am male) before eating dinner.

I cried for half an hour straight.
lmao - my turn with a story! Me my wife and my then 2 yr old daughter went to Carolina Beach last year, her mom dad and brother and his friend went too. We walked to a local place and had dinner and they said would you like to try some peppers, well they said they were habaneros, I was like hey I'm game if all the other guys are, of course they agreed but I had to take the first bite! I cried till it hurt, then I did the un thinkable I rubbed my right eye then my nose....I hurt so bad after that for a few days even.... Never done that since then though....My brother in law licked the pepper and thought it was the worst thing ever...We got a free meal out of the deal though....

for me I went through 10 slices of bread and 3 glasses of milk (water made it much worse for me), I found out later that mouth wash is supposed to help
