Metal polish to remove swirls from aluminum wheels.

I just got a new set of Centerline wheels for my truck. They are uncoated aluminum and gorgeous.............except for all the fine swirls on the spokes and barrels. I don't have any experience removing swirls from aluminum so I'm looking for suggestions. What do you guys like? P21s polishing soap? Wenol? English custom polishes? Adams metal polish 1 & 2? I may be able to use my PC and 4" pads on the spokes but I think the rest will have to be tackled by hand with terry cloth towels for the initial polishing and MF for the final polish. Suggestions? Thanks!

-Jake

Re: Metal polish to remove swirls from aluminum wheels.

I bought the duragloss and surf city garage aluminum polishes, but havent tried them on my CCWs yet. I am also wanting to here some feedback on this topic. I've heard that Simichrome is really nice, as well as the Menzerna metal polish.

Heres a good tutorial that may help you out with the process, no matter which polish you choose.

Thanks for sharing purplenurple, I have been looking for something like that. Even though he uses flour I guess you cant argue with results.
