I am surprised that the JS109 is not doing as good as I thought it would. I have heard people speak highly of this product but it looks like a few wax's like 50/50 and 476 are kicking it's butt.

I know in the UK a lot of detailers started using it on wheels because it had such horrible durablity.

I think that this test is going to prove my point about collinite being one of the (my personal favorite) best LSPs out there. I do not doubt that it will outlast 90% of sealants.

Great test!

Keep in mind, the lack of beading doesn't indicate a lack of durability with synthetic waxes (that includes sealants and hybrid waxes like 50/50 and 476s). Cleaning ability and slickness is a better guide.

aboveclean, can you also give us some feedback on these characteristics as you go along?

I guess you can't believe everything you read on "some" of these forums. This is why I usually try everything myself before making a judgement.

Agreed. But this test seems to verify it, and with all the quality sealants I have, why spend my money to prove somebody else right..
