Chemical Guys ONE

I searched it here, and am hearing two completely different things on it. Some say it causes swirls, then fills them. Others say it works great with no marring. I just received my bottle yesterday, and now I am afraid to use it!

I am assuming that if I use it on a clean car, there won't be a chance of any marring. So I may just use it that way instead of as a waterless wash. The fact that it has clay in it is also sort of weird. Any more reviews or opinions on it would be greatly appreciated.

Use it! You will like it!
Marring will depend on the amount of dirt on the paint. I usually take my truck thru a touchless pressure wash first before I use it. Keep turning over your Microfiber towel. I use several towels during the process, always keeping a clean surface to wipe with.
Yes, it does have fillers and will hide some minor marring.
What I also like is the fact that it does contain carnuba so you will get a litttle protection from using it.
Another nice thing is that it is an all natural product.

Re: Chemical Guys ONE

Thanks. I will try it first after an ONR wash, see how that goes. I do have some random light scratches here and there, so I'm hoping it will hide those a little bit.

Its a real nice product. I have never had a problem no matter how dirty the car was.

Re: Chemical Guys ONE

I had a chance to use ONE. I did a quick ONR wash, and I mean quick. Then I used ONE per the directions. I let it sit until hazy, and buffed off with a fluffy MF. One thing I wasn't expecting is that it was harder to remove than I thought it would be. But man what a shine it left behind. My car looks every bit as good as if I just used Optimum wax on it, very slick and deep shine. And it did fill in some minor random small scratches very nicely. So far I am impressed. I'll see how it lasts and if I see any marring.

Re: Chemical Guys ONE

So, I ordered a gallon of this stuff on impulse a while back. I used it a couple times and I don't like it. I've used it on a fairly dirty car to a slightly dusty car and both times it does not finish clean. It leaves these streaks of residue that are hard to remove. I must follow up with a QD to finish the job.
