Old Spice staining shirts?

I bought some Old Spice High Endurance Clear Gel - Fresh Scent, but was wondering if anybody has experience with this staining the pits of your tshirts.

I know that my brother used a deorant that stained one of my tshirts.....I don't want it to happen again.

Re: Old Spice staining shirts?

What color is the stain? It may be the metallics in the deoderant that are reacting with bleach and causing yellowing. Well, at least I've noticed that bleach seems to really magnify pit stains beyond what a normal detergent might do. I'm not an armpit sweater, though.

Re: Old Spice staining shirts?

I just returned it for Speed Stick Clear Gel - Fresh Scent...it doesn't stain at all....don't want a 5$ deodorant staining 60$ shirts.

Besides, the Old Spice is making my underarms burn.

This is a slightly different product, but I use the Old Spice "High Endurance" deodorant and it doesn't stain any of my shirts.

I use this stuff and after using it two or three times you do not need to use deodorant. Just reapply the CertainDry every second or third day.

CertainDri®

Re: Old Spice staining shirts?

I used to use the OS Gel too but it always burned my armpits to the point where they were bright red...so I stopped. I use Degree solid stick now. I sweat a lot and really like the Degree.
