Easy guy cooking recipes?

Well, just cover the guy in BBQ sauce and toss him on the grill.

PC.

Lightbulb Re: Easy guy cooking recipes..

one of the first recipes I learnt to do when I first moved out of home was an omelette...

very quick n easy for brekky or a lite dinner.

chop up some carrot, onion, parsley, spinach, broccoli and bacon. you can use any amount of these or any other veggies.

mix them together in a bowl.

add two eggs into a bowl & beat gently.

pour egg onto a hot frypan pancake like and add veggies ontop.

flip egg / veggie mix & cook evenly.

when done flop onto plate, add some cheese to the top & enjoy...

Pancakes are easy too, I now have Homer Simson in my head saying continuosly "PANCAKES"... I'm off to the kitchen.

Re: Easy guy cooking recipes..

Taco's/Burritos are easy,

just grab some hamburger (or ground chicken/turkey if thats what you like) and brown it in a skillet -- add the spices your want or a packet of taco seasoning.

Then just scoop the meat onto a taco shell and add lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc... and then scream BAM! every once in a while like a pro chef!

Football recipes...

Get some Jumbo shrimp (raw), peel them but leave the tails on. Put them on a skewer, brush some Buffalo wing sauce on, throw them on the grill until cooked thoroughly.

Take a crock pot, put it on low. Cut up a block of Velveeta, dump in a can of black beans, you can then add jalepenos, as well as a can of salsa, and just about anything else you want. As the cheese melts, stir occasionally, then serve with nacho chips.

Re: Easy guy cooking recipes..

You may want to check out a website like Epicurious.com: Recipes, Menus, Cooking Articles & Food Guides or foodtv.com and see what they have to offer in their "quick n easy" sections. Usually these are one pot/pan meals that can be made easily without a lot of fuss, and only require some basic skills like chopping an onion or garlic, sauteeing, adding spces, and simmering. Basic but good.

Re: Easy guy cooking recipes..

Check out KraftFoods.com - they have a section under the "Dinner" section where you can put in 3 ingredients that you have available and it will spit out some pretty easy recipes.
