Deodorant/Antiperspirant

I was wondering what you guys thought the most effective deodorant is.

I "pit" alot, regardless of the temperature for some reason, and I can't seem to find a really good product to use.

What do you guys use?

Re: Deodorant/Antiperspirant

I also used to sweat quite a bit regardless of temperature.

I have been using Mitchum Unscented Gel for awhile, and it's the most effective OTC deod/ap that I've found so far.

I had a Rx for Drysol, which is hyper concentrated antiperspirant, and that worked wonders, but got expensive, so Mitchum works well enough.

Good luck!

Re: Deodorant/Antiperspirant

If you pit then this will stop it. I used to sweat regardless of temp quite badly, but when I started using this, I was absolutely dry. The product is called curtain dri. It used to be perscription but you can get it OTC now at any drug store. I didnt believe it would work, but I gaurentee it will work.

You apply it before you go to bed, and in your first day, you will already see/feel the difference. What it does it closes the pours in your pits, so you wont sweat. I recommend wearing a deodorant for scent because this doesnt do much for scent.

Re: Deodorant/Antiperspirant

Well, I feel kind of silly saying this in the context of all these super-powerful anti-antiperspirants people are recommending... but I always thought Old Spice Red Zone worked wonders. Unfortunately a long time ago I bought two big sticks of regular Old Spice Endurance ... anyways, it didn't include an anti-perspirant! Ugh, bad for the Florida winters. I have too much left to throw it away... but its winter now so I guess its ok... lets hope, anyways

Re: Deodorant/Antiperspirant

Old Spice was the best stuff I had ever used. I use Mitchum now, second best I have used, just because the Old Spice, out of nowhere, after years and years of using it, started irritating my skin.

Re: Deodorant/Antiperspirant

Interesting...I'm going to have to look for this stuff. I read somewhere that you don't even apply it every day and it still works.

Might be the cure for my left pit..for some reason it sweats more lol

Definitely report back on the findings. For me I saw results the following day after applying it.
