Lets all Diet & get in shape

We can use this thread to keep track of our progress. I am 6'0 and weigh around 228.
My goal is to get down to 200 as quickly as possible but to keep it off as well. I also want to tone up a little.

We can use this thread like weight watchers, but instead i will call it "AUTOPIA WATCHERS"

We can offer health advice (but remember we are not dr's), nutrition advice, work out tips, etc....

easiest way is to become a little more active and leave about 20% of everything you normally eat on your plate and it'll come off and you won't have to eat that yucky diet stuff or HAVE KIDS!
on refined sugars.

It is so funny that you say that. The wife and I went shopping and I came across some Kilbasa, I said to myself, hmmmm 3maxima eats it so can I. Came home and threw it on the BBQ.

Hahaha sweet! Yeah my old man killed two deer yesterday so we are having deer steaks for dinner tonight! Try the turkey kilbasa low fat high protein!

Current Weight: 370 lbs
Desired Weight: 225-250 lbs

My gf and I are actually doing this together so that we can drop the weight before we tie the knot.

6'0, 185 lbs. Need to lose weight. I have excess fat. Running 2 miles everyday, watching what I eat, and working out will help me. I would like to lose some fat and get down to around 170-180 and start gaining more muscle.
