I will say it does have a bit of a 'fake' chocolate taste, but I don't think that's unusual. It's pretty rich, a little thicker than the EAS. Here are the numbers on it:
8.5 oz.
Protein: 20g
Calories: 160
Clories from fat: 45
Total Fat:5g
Sat. Fat: 1.5g
Carbs: 9g

Accumulator, is MetRx still super thick, per serving pack?

And yeah, I like the way it mixes up so thick, I add it to my Labrada LeanBody just to thicken the latter up a bit. | |

Thanks, I'm looking forward to trying MetRx again. I remember the taste was the best protein powder I've ever had.

Okay not to change subject completley but what does yall's lifting routine generally consist of, i'm workin out a gym and i stay on primarily free wieghts, with alot of various dumbbell lifts and what not. Tricep extension and calf raises are pretty well the only machine restricted wieghts i use

I mainly mix it with water, but I sometimes make a cool shake with fat free milk and some type of fruit (banana, strawberries, etc.).

I personally stick with vanilla ice cream mixing it with non-fat milk and yogurt, ice, and fruit. I've tried Max Muscle as well, but it tasted terrible, spoiled by ON I guess.
I usually get them from vitacost or all star health (pick it up from the warehouse)
