I have a mini/personal sized blender that I throw 1 scoop of whey, about 10-15 almonds, strawberries/blueberries/raspberries, a banana, milk and some orange juice into(blend with ice if i'm not cold).. I could drink these all day..

In about a month or so I'll start cutting back on fats and start running a bit more, but now it's not a concern. And I don't think the fat has really put any more weight on me.

To answer your question though; he's against them in general. From what he's seen, or rather, hasn't seen, is any concrete proof it works. Sign up on the forums and you'll receive the newsletter where he gets pretty rude on the fads.

All of their products are top quality, and they dont advertise - so when you buy their products youre not paying for multi-page ads in BBing magazines or for the salaries of their contracted athletes. Compare their prices to the price of bigger companies and youll see how much you save. You can also create your own blends so you actually know what amounts are in it, instead of the "proprietary blends" of other companies.
Anyone who has tried any of their pre/post workout mixed supplements will tell you they are the most potent, and at the same time cost-effective, of any product on the market.
Their new premium protein flavors are some of the best ive ever tried.
You can use discount code CAS282 for 5% off every order. Once you order from this place, youll never want to order from anyone else. Although I do order from bulknutrition.com on the rare occasion that TP doesnt have what I need.

Heh heh, nah, I'm not gonna get on any more newsletters/forums/etc. I spend too much time on such things as it is!
I like the NO stuff myself I especially like the better dreaming I get after taking a dose in the middle of the night, a side effect I hadn't expected at all. Also helps make me hangover proof (between that and fishoil I simply never have after-effects from drinking any more, but then I don't drink the way I did when I was younger either). The "huge pump effects" I'm not so keen on, they really can be a bit uncomfortable until you get used to them; these days I just take one dose of the NO stuff, that middle-of-the-night one.

Multiply the servings by the amount of portein per serving, and compare vs a regular pro powder. You'll find that for the money, muscle milk costs more $$ per gram than most anything out there.

I'll see how I like it.
