Smile Re: Show your business card

I've been working on mine and have settled on this design for now. My customers like it and prospective clients always comment on its info.

The list on the back was compiled from terms used on search engine stat counters that people use when searching for a detailer, I've adjusted some of them but like them because these seem to be familiar to the general population.

Cheers,
GREG

Greg I like your car a lot just don't like the emphasis on the Bugatti in the photo on the front... it's just a personal preference I guess, which is why I have very generic water beads (off my M3 of course haha) on my card, but it's definitely not a deal breaker. Otherwise it's very stylish I think.

No, I do too, but don't think it's a big deal if you put a general car, as long as it's not a lambo while you detail Hondas only. Otherwise no harm no foul of using a generic image (as long as the owner of the image knows it's being used of course).

Joe if you can post an actual card, I'd like to see how the print turned out.

I agree but then again I don't really care if someone else does it. It's not like them doing that will help or hurt my business. But if a client/potential client asks about what it was like detailing a Bugatti(for example) and you have to say, "uh yeah, about that...."

Just of note I have detailed the car on my card, it was not a corrective detail however. I like it because it keep the black/red theme of the business!

I agree with JOE that I hate when people use stock photos on their web pages too. Show your skills if you have them. I caugght a local guy that stole one of JOES pictures and tried to use it as his, that irked me!!!!

Cheers,
GREG

I am jealous bro. No joke. I would PAY money to do everything short of busting out a machine on a Veyron(only once tho). The pictures/advertisement ability of having a Veyron you've worked on is VERY valuable.

Re: Show your business card

eh, doesnt really matter, and I think it comes down to photoshop skills and wanting/not wanting to pay for the designing of a card when you can go to a print site and use their pics. I for one dont want to shell out $300 for my business card just to use a pic I have taken and have it all doctored up. heck 5000 business cards only cost me 48 bucks shipped to my door! why add $300 to that?

I've got a 1971 Buick Skylark that I detailed on the front of mine. I gave him a tin of M16 for letting me put his car on my business cards.
