Suggestions?
Hey everyone, I have been detailing freelance for 2 years or so. I found a guy wanting to sell a exsisting detail buisness, but I couldnt get the money to buy it outright so he is letting me run the place and pay him rent until I can get a loan. I am a fixed location in a buisness park in the parking garage. I am surrounded by potential customers. My first thought was that it is a gold mine, but i have been in for 2 months now and my volume is like a roller-coster. $600 one week $120 the next. I offer a couple different options from just an outside handwash to a full detail. The majority of my buisness is just out side and wash and inside clean and vac, but im trying to get more full details. This up and down is getting me nervous for the winter. Any suggestions on getting more customers going for full details, and keeping them coming back. Everyone has told me i do great work.
I have done flyers and buisness cards, and even specials on full details.
