Insurance for business

Talk to a rep at state farm (very hot, probably continue to talk to ) she gave me a quote for general liablitiy for my business:

$236 (a year) for up to $1,000,000

$200 (a year) for up to $200,000

Which one is the best to go with? Ill proabably be doing private jets in around a year. For $40 more a year I would'nt mine having better insurance, when I needed it.

Re: Insurance for business

yeah that is very very cheap. I was quoted locally $1200 for the year . . . . . so i'm confused as to how it could only be $236 for a year where you are at.

Re: Insurance for business

Thats what she said, general liability would be 236 a year for $1,000,000 I thought she meant 236 a month but it ended up a year, I have no idea how she figured that up, she brought out a book and figured it up.

Maybe it was my attractivly good looks that got me a deal haha

Come on? For $36 more a year, do you need a forum to help make a decision for you? You're getting 5 times the coverage.......

Re: Insurance for business

I pay CDN $1300 a year. That's 2.000.000 liability, 100.000 garage coverage (any customer car up to $100.000 on my property is covered), and also insurance for driving customer vehicles, since I often pick up and drop off customer cars.

Re: Insurance for business

I was quoted just yesterday at $53 a month for up to $1million a year. Not bad either, but cant beat what you got. Thats liability ins, so whats garage keepers insurance for? will I need this too? I detail at customers house or place of work. Reason for getting insurance is also so that I can do dealerships. Any more coverage I should be looking for. My equipment is covered up to $10k

Re: Insurance for business

My State Farm rep said it would be more like $250 a month with less coverage...
