Why such a high Gen Liability? What does it cover? And what is "garage keepers"? Which covers the client's car?
Why would you need a half million dollar policy? The only person you can possibly hurt detailing (if solo) is yourself - I doubt you'd sue yourself. If you damaged the car, I seriously doubt it'd be over $20k worth of damage (unless of course it required a total repaint, client refused, wanted a new car, etc = understandable), but even then, I wouldn't think you'd need much more than $100k unless you're doing exotics. Most I see they could sue you for is the car, loss of time w/out car, rental car fees, minimal "emotional distress", but this would be absolute nutjob client in worst case scenario.
Like I said, just curious. The diff in premium between $100k and 500k is probably only $100 year anyway and worth the extra C-note for "just in case" and a nice advertising edge.
