Google flash based photo galleries, some suck some are great, I think photobucket's is perfect, how many people are going to read the text? personally I just like pictures it conveys the message much better than words in this buisiness.
Also get rid of that sill counter at the bottom of the webpage, it doesnt look very good.

Well the better the gallery the better my business will look more respectable, kind of like when you pull up to a hot girl in a toyota, shes going to laugh, but if you pull up in a vette she may think twice before laughing
As for the counter keeps me informed of the usage rate on the site,

If that's why you have a Corvette, you really need to work on your self-confidence, dude.

Re: Photo Galleries for Website
There must be a more visually appealing way to track useage on a site. The site looked great until i scrolled down to that counter.

No, he's giving an analogy of why he wants the best gallery he can get, so he looks more professional.
On a side note, he's right. Perception, whether it's a "fair" thing or not, happens all the time. Imagine you're a mobile detailer and you get called to detail a high end BMW or Mercedes. You show up at the customer's place of residence, which appears to be a $500,000+ property in a serious upscale neighbourhood. Imagine then you're driving a rusty, late 80s white cube van with bad decaling on the side that has your company name on it. First, how would YOU feel pulling up to a customer's home like that, and how do you think the customer feels seeing that out their window ?
Initial perception is everything. I see it everyday when customers are reluctant to give me their keys (I'm a LOT younger than most of you probably think), but when they need a ride to work or wherever and they realize that I'm driving a newer convert, I can see and sense that they instantly loosen up.
Same goes for going on a first date with the opposite sex. If you show up for your date in sweat pants and a ripped t-shirt, you're f***ed, regardless if you're the nicest, most sincere person on the planet or not.
Sorry, I didn't mean to go on a huge rant, but I just wanted to point out the extreme importance of initial perception.

And if you show up for your first date in a suit, if you have no self-confidence, regardless if you're the nicest, most sincere person on the planet or not, you're f***ed.
If that's the reason you're driving a "newer convert"...

Haha, no I have a corvette because that's all I can afford haha, I pick up girls all the time in my toyota haha, and it has a custom two tone paint job one being without a clear coat and the other part being yellow primer, you shouldn't date women because they like your car more than you, I always take my toyota the first time I meet them, then I surprise them with the vette later on haha

If you have one let me know, I hate the counter as much as you guys do, but its the only way (other than when they click on my albums) to calculate usage ratings for each month.

Hit the nail right on the head, I wouldn't want a mobile detailer to start detailing my car, if he couldn't even take car of his own

I prefer to go on my first dates in my birthday suit haha, you've got a point there, its all about self-confidence, you need to always try to be remembered when talking to girls, you could be the richest, sexiest guy a live, if you don't say something to them they wont know your alive. Its all about the first impressions!

Yes, you are completely correct. However, that is something that you have power over, it's a factor that you have direct influence and control over.
However unfortunate or unfair it may be, human beings form a "first impression" without any requirement for communication. When you meet someone for the first time, the mind immediately forms an initial opinion, based on appearance and other factors. This is why you could be the nicest, most self-confident guy on the planet, but you're f***ed if you show up to a first date dressed like a slob. If you show up in a suit, to use your example, then that first impression is formulated (hopefully that you're not a clown) and then it's up to you to screw it up or not.
Hey if my company car makes people feel more at ease with entrusting their vehicles to me, I have no problem with that. Why do you think I use that car instead of my winter-beater to drive customers around in ? Again, perception is everything, whether it's legit or not.
