Did I price this right? Im in the North Texas area.

2006 Honda CRV
Gold/Tan

Interior only needed a vacuum, dusting, and application of UV protection. Cloth seats. Also gave it an air freshener as usual. Glass was also cleaned, streak-free.

Exterior was washed with dawn solution. Cleaning was not needed, so I went straight to poli-seal. I then put down a coat of Poorboy's Natty Blue. I also put a coat of wheel sealant on all of the 16" rims, and of course dressed all of the plastics, wheels wells and tires with the appropriate dressing. RainX was used on all of the windows before the wash.

I also remove several deep scratches around all of the handles and a couple small paint transfers.

I charged $150.

Is this too much, too little or right on the money?

To strip any old wax that could have been on the paint.

There are way better ways to do that without using Dawn...not that you need to strip old wax off.

when you polish and wax and dress the trim....doubt it has any negative effects, maybe, but I have never seen evidence of it

It did not bother the cheap Honda trim.

And yes, I was thrilled with the end result. It had not been sealed or waxed since it was bought brand new. The owner was extremely happy with the end result, and is going to be a return customer.
