Fleet Detailing? How-TO manage 10-20 cars?

I have been detailing the teachers' cars at the local schools in my area for 3 months now. I want to learn how to get the cars done faster and have everything flow perfectly. What are your strategies for this type of job?
Its usually me and another guy and I start washing from one end and he does the interior from the other end, doing basic wash n' vacuum only.

I would suggest a waterless process. Very quick, great results, and you do not have to move the cars on and off the wash mat.

As you said, you can Henry Ford it, go from one car to the other, bang out quality quickly.

I would vacuum then steam clean the inside and use ONR on the outside.

Thanks for the replies guys.
I haven't tried ONR yet but def. will, but to what extent of dirtiness can I use it for?
I will have one more guy work with me next time, My artillery is small with one pressure washer vacuum.

ONR, vac, windows, wheels and tires, and a dusting takes me 45 in on a car, 1hr on a truck...with two people we were getting 6 total vehicles done in 2.5 hours.

When I have more than 1 car I try to use what I call a Sweeping Style. This is completing the entire area, so I do not have to go back over it. You made need 1 or 2 more guys if you have 10 to 20 cars. The most I've ever done is 5 at a time. You have to work on completion when you have alot. Whatever method you use,has to be fine tuned to save time.

Did you state how long it IS taking with 2 people?

If these are weekly customers--generous teachers for sure-- then you should not be using water or a pw IMO. They can't be that bad. Water Smart product or ONR and it will go faster! We aim for 2.5 per hour with same type of service with two workers.

Impressive--I'd love to see a video of that. I am nowhere near as efficient or quick as you.
