Re: suggestions???

WAY too much going on. The logo is very distracting from the main page. Too many images and text on the first page. What I am doing is giving a snip-it of text on the front page of "the about me" kinda thing.. and a link that says "read more". Is it more clicking? Yes. But it's easier on the eyes and a lot more clean looking. All of your images you can tell were cut-and-paste as they are heavily pixleated.

That's all I can give now.. I'm not great at building websites. Look at a layout with a simple header image, simple buttons, and simple text. The more simple, the easier it is on the eyes, and ultimately the more likely someone will read through it as it's more click "bang for buck" if you know what I mean.

This is the "rough" design of my website. It's very monochromatic which is easy on the eyes. Won't be a lot of visible text, unless you click the link to "read more" and it's very soft lines and breaks in the layout, not sharp edges and cut-and-paste images.

Re: suggestions???

yeah, its too busy

also, there are a lot of useless pics all over...I would stick to car pics, not emblems, trees, cell phones, etc.

I like the layout of my site...check it out Envious Auto Detailing | Orange County, CA - Home

Re: suggestions???

I'm no expert and my website isn't even up yet but I recently attended a SCORE seminar about web presence and the one thing I walked away with is - you have only 8 seconds to grab a person's attention before they click "close". I agree with the above posters.

Re: suggestions???

The site is way to busy and unorganized, simplicity is better. Your title on all your page say "main(Hugo107)" that a key to search engine placement. All the pages, text, font, color, heading, etc need to be uniform(similar to each other)

There are a lot of free templates out there you can use or buy a good template.

I you are going to use your website to promote your business get a professional (worth the investment). A website can say lot about your business, whether you are a hack or professional. I get most of customer though my website because it well design. ( Customer always say my website is the best compare to my competition.)
