Haha.. a challange... hmm, well I would say that having come from a business oriented family with nothing but sales skills being imbedded in my mind, talking to people is very natural. Plus I did telemarketing for a few years in H.S. Closing the deal is not the problem, I just want to dillute my convo's down so I don't drown people in info. In the last couple days I have taken some time to focus on this, and so far so good. I always like to get feedback from others. Since I don't know it all, or proclaim to know it all, I always learn something from fellow Autopians. I do appreciate your reply and I will def agree with you that speaking to someone in person is way more productive than over the phone, especially if that person prefers visual communication.
