    Should I do a layer of Collinite then put the Souveran on top of that?

    I dunno if you'd see a benefit.

    I did that once, spit-shining the Souveran, and I liked the outcome. But somebody else here tried it and the Souveran did some kind of solvent-action number on the Collinite (IIRC he didn't spit-shine it and that could explain why it happened).

    So I just dunno what to tell you...but I almost *always* think that if somebody's car does't look good with Collinite, it's not the Collinite's fault (but rather the prep). When you're talking about an improvement from merely adding Souveran, you'd have to have things *awfully* close to perfection for it to ever matter IMO.

    Do the Collinite and see what you think.
