My 2006 Honda Accord EX-V6 6MT Coupe

I've been a lurker here for almost a year (just started posting the odd time a little while ago though), and have been "called-out" to make a thread of my own...lol

Anyhow, here is my baby...The first few shots were taken slightly after I got it (probably a month or two), and before I really started reading up here at Autopia. Luckily I had enough common sense to ditch my old wash brush (el cheapo) for skeepskin mitts, as I knew my old car was scratched up, and I had read how bad Honda paint can be. With that said, please ignore the rims and tires in the first set of pics, as I hadn't bought anything to really clean them at that point, and of course now winter is upon us so its steelies until spring (which I just spray down with QEW since they are winter tires/rims).

As for what my car is wearing, essentially for the first set of pics its:

-Meg's Gold Glass Wash
-Meg's NXT Tech Wax (liquid)

And for the winter pic its:

-Meg's Gold Glass Wash (when warmer)/QEW washes since temps dropped below 0C
-1 coat of Meg's NXT Tech Wax (liquid)
-1 coat of Wolfgang's Deep Gloss Paint Sealant

And the winter pic I just took a few days ago (if only it truly was this wet-looking IRL):

Plans for the spring are to clean the car with Klasse AIO, then possibly try a combination of RMG, followed by Wolfgang then liquid Souveran (don't like paste waxes, and I do everything by hand right now).

Now I know this is a detailing forum, but for anyone interested in my current mods/accessories list:

-HFP (Honda Factory Performance) Sports Suspension
-Comptech Short Shift Adapter
-OEM Rear Wing Spoiler
-"Clearguard" Clearbra
-Front and Rear OEM Splashguards
-Weathertech Floorliners
-USA-Spec PA11-HON2 iPod + Aux-in Interface
-Michelin Pilot Alpin PAs (205/60R16) for Winter
-Michelin MXM4s (215/50R17) for summer (until I replace them with better rubber).

No, haven't clayed yet as I don't have a good polishing setup (hey, I'm still a noob at this technically). I'm still kind of worried about clay marring (the tag on a MF pressed lightly against the paint by accident seems to leave some sort of a line on this car), hence why I was thinking of going the chemical cleaner route with something like Klasse instead.

I'm on most of the forums (Gen7Accord, V6Performance, TorontoAccords, TOV, and am a mod on DriveAccord). Honestly when I made my purchase I was skeptical about the clearbra...however after having one now I doubt I'll ever buy a new car without one in the future.

Looks really good, especially considering no deep polishing. I bet you can hardly wait for better weather to really drive your car.
