02 Dodge Ram --- 56k Warning ---

I was feeling desperate to detail something really dirty. It seems like I have been only detailing cars that only need minor correcting lately. Well, I got my wish! My friend brought over his 02 Dodge Ram for me to work on. Sorry about the quality of the pictures as they do not do a very good job at showing how bad this truck was or how well it came out. It was heavily Swirled and scratched. Before I got started, he was looking over my Ram and asked me to de-badge his like mine was.

Wheels and Tires:
Simple Green 4:1
Dressed with CG VRT

Badges:
25lb Fishing Line
3M Adhesive Remover
Carborator Cleaner (Works very well here)

Paint:
Washed with CG Max Suds
Clayed
HT/HC via rotary LC orange pad 1400rpm
TOL/PP via rotary LC white pad 1200 rpm
PB EXP via PC LC black pad 4 to 6 speed

Interior:
Folex and OXY
CG VRT

These are the befores:

Wow, that's an amazing turn-around. If you don't mind me asking, how long did that take you? Also, if you're in the sharing mood, how much did you charge for that job? If you don't want to say, that is fine.

Regardless, AWESOME job!

Thanks for all of the compliments!!!!! This was the first time posting a vehicle that I have done. I can truely say that I wasn't even washing my own car correctly before I found this site. A big thank you goes out to everyone on here that I have learned from.

mshu7 - I have no problem sharing in that department.... The job took 6 hours. I spent 2 hours de-badging all of the emblems. Now he wants to take the spears on the doors off as well. Sadly I didn't charge him anything!!!! I even did his wifes cougar as well. I was thinking that doing this truck would be a good "word of mouth vehicle" since it seems that this guy knows everybody!!!! So far I have not received any work from this detail. Oh well lesson learned. I still had fun though.
