Re: Picture Posting 101

I'm trying to upload several photos to post a response to the D151 thread, and am having problems getting the photos to load.

I get this when I hit the upload button: Sorry, this image type () is not supported yet.

I've posted pics hundreds of times at MOL and other sites without this problem. The pics are under 100k (700x525), and are .jpg .
Anyone else encounter this lately?

I see that in the user file limits at the bottom of the page my images in your queue match the number of pics I've tried to load. So, I checked the box that says: skip upload and process the files already in your upload directory and hit upload, and I get: your image was uploaded successfully!

Nothing in the gallery, though. Help!

I typically just upload to Photobucket, then paste the html link from there to here.

Re: Picture Posting 101

What I can't understand is why some images can be seen and some can't. I sometimes peek into Autopia at break time at work, and sometimes all I see in certain posts are the little x'ed out boxes. I had thought it was because our administrator put photobucket on the no-no list, but some of the photos that I can still see reside there. (I check the photo properties) Maybe it's a browser setting that I have not discovered yet. If this is a common issue with an easy fix, some feedback would be greatly appreciated.
