Detailed A Black H2 (56k Warning!!)

Well, a week or so ago, I noticed a thread where a fellow Autopian was asking for some help. Cody (thevolvoguy) and I replied and we made an appointment from there.

We did a full detail on Jim's (zyx5432) 1.5 month old H2. I'll let the pictures tell the rest of the story...

Let's see...

It took us only about 3.5 hours for a full detail. It was very clean and brand new. The owner is Autopian after all!

We did notice the terry cotton towles in all the pockets of the car. Good job zyx5432!

I used AIO, belive it or not. We had some Mothers B2B but I have found AIO to work awesome on black plastic.

Thanks for all the comments. I have to correct Miguel though, the full detail took us from 4:45 to about 8:45. So around 4 hours all in all. Not bad for a black hummer.

As for the process we used, since the paint was new, we touched up with the clay bar. It was not nesecerry at all on 99% of the car. I then follwed up with K AIO w/ the PC, and Jim wanted a topper on the Klasse, so I decided to top the AIO with Souveran instead of SG to get that carnauba depth.

Shadow Man - No, Jims neighborhood is outside of Houston. Miguel and I are based in the W. Houston area, near Katy.
