I detailed and Opti-Coated the owner's GTR last fall (which was looking quite excellent!), went out today to take care of his turbocharged 1996 Miata, which is his daily driver. The front end had been repainted a few years back but then chewed up by rock chips on a gravel road he had to drive down. It The paint on the front end was also harder than on the rest of the car. Moderate spider swirls all over the car. The top was not the original one, it came of a totaled '99 Miata. The reason for the new top was to get the glass back window. Unfortunately, it appeared it hadn't been deep cleaned since new. The goal was to reduce the swirls without going too nuts. The freeway right by his office is being rebuilt with an expected completion date sometime in 2017 its going to be hard to keep the finish perfect. The car didn't end up fully corrected but it is a huge improvement over how it was and compared to 99.9% of other cars built in 1996 and still on the road, it might as well be swirl free!
A couple before shots of the top (right side already cleaned in the first picture)

Optimum Power Clean diluted 3:1 and a stiff nylon bristle brush to clean

I then followed with ONR and the same brush but by then the shadows had moved enough to make impossible to get quality after shots.
Exterior
ONR wash, Opti-Raser clay sponge
Meguiars #105 using an Optimum microfiber cutting pad and my PC 7424 XP on speed 6 on the hood
Optimum Hyper Polish using an Optimum microfiber cutting pad and my PC 7424 XP on speed 6 on the whole car
3D HD Speed using an Optimum microfiber polishing pad and my PC on speed 5
Optimum Opti-Seal
Armor All on tires/fenderwells
Interior (used flash in the picture to help light the shaded areas, sort of worked!)
Woolite/water diluted 20:1 to clean the leather and vinyl
3D Carpet Shampoo diluted 16:1 to clean the carpets and floor mats
Optimum Protectant Plus to dress the vinyl
Duragloss #221 to dress the leather

Looks awesome! I'm going to re-do my '99 CRV using your recommended combo of products and pads this weekend, although I am dubious that my end results will look much better than they are at the moment. That navy blue really pops though!
