Alfa Romeo MiTo 1.4 120 Lusso

Here are the shots for my review of the Alfa Romeo MiTo. This is the 1.4 TB model at 120bhp in the Lusso trim. Pretty much the mid-range Mito that is being sold in the UK right now.

I love the rear of the Mito. What is the selector you posted a picture of? Is that the gear selector!?

The front number plate kills the look. Too bad it's law.

The Mito is only available as a manual in European markets (as far as I know). The chrome selector in the picture above is the DNA switch. It lets you change the setup of the car to be Dynamic, Normal or All-Weather. Dynamic gives you more torque and stiffens up the steering and backs off on the anti-slip. All-Weather toughens up the breaks, reduces the torque and puts all the safety features on max. That's about as technical as I can get with it. Dynamic is what I have it in most of the time though - 0-62mph in 8.8 seconds on this model.

Look at those taillamps - almost like a frenched look (like the old "kustoms"). Stylish!
