Re: 05 STi Correction
Love the WRX in black -especially when they did the black with bronze-ish metal flakes. (I think it was early models non Sti)

Ah yes Java Black Pearl. Subaru quit making it after '04, the Black '04 (first year) STi's were JBP.
My mother in laws forester is JBP, here's a pic of her hood after some correction.

I figure the more I can do to lessen the chance that I get swirls on the black the better. The foam is suppose to help loosen dirt and what not, before hand washing. I can say it makes washing the car much easier. The other day, I knew it was going to rain but, my car was pretty dirty. I rinsed it, sprayed some foam on, and rinsed after a few minutes. It almost looked as good as if I had really washed it. Right now I'm using Adam's Car Wash, mega foam and it smells good too.

Okay! kind like a presoak? I might give this a try with our foam polish at our car wash I bet its about the same as the foam gun, all it is, is air water and chemical right?

Yeah, here's a pic of the Camspray foam gun I have. I just fill the bottle with some soap and water, hook it to my pressure washer, and go.

Re: 05 STi Correction
Wow, great correction. I always have liked this body style Suby.
Did you consider any other cars before deciding on this one?

Re: 05 STi Correction
Thanks. A friend of mine got one while we were in college when they first came out ('04). I wanted one ever since. This one was at a local dealer for a good deal with decent mileage, so I went for it. Feels good to have a car that I wanted and never really felt like I would have. Although if I didn't have a work car, I probably wouldn't have it.
