the owner wants to wait at lease 3 months for treatment on the teak ( I guess Ill use the same products for boats) any suggestions?

Don't wax the teak. whatever you do. Teak should be oiled, only. And where its very new, you wont have the dreaded 'black' teak. A light teak cleaner then teak oil will work great. RR supply their own teak oil and its good.

Just treat it the way RR says it should. Conv. Rolls Royces are special cars.
