I don't know what I enjoyed more, looking at that beautiful car/work or reading the write-up. Awesome job on both fronts.

No I am very familiar, I was being somewhat sarcastic when I say I would use that amount the entire car. Point is, you need to focus on how much product to use, it's tough to make the tansition to using the proper amount, but with gmblack3a's help and description, I think that will help out a lot.

It's funny you brought up the Zaino, I forgot all about that, so yeah you definitely have a tendency of using way too much product.

^^ I don't think the OP would be detailing 500k cars if he did not know how to use some of the products he does.

End result was great anyways; I sure wouldn't mind just seeing a Porsche like this in person; haha.

If to compensate for poor exposure, no problem. Personally though, I post them how they come out of my camera, just no way to accurately adjust the shots without the car and exact lighting in front of me as I do it.

FWIW I will sometimes adjust the brightness or sharpness of the compasistion but I very rarely will adjust the saturation or contrast. Nikon's take very vivid, color rich photo's.

Doesn't matter all that much to me anyway, I usually like seeing the before and after shots and the methods you used more than the finished product.

What does working on a 500k car have to do with knowhow? Have you ever been to a car show? Ever seen scrubs tend to a fine auto and scratch the sh*t out of it?

Not to mention Ultrafina is largely considered one of the most carcinigenic polishes available so I have heard, as well as a nice warning on the bottle, so using way too much doesn't seem like it would pan out well for any party involved.

Suggestive comments are more preferable than telling him what he should or shouldn't do.

There really is no black and white with using polishes.
