Do they keep smudges off the interior or keep your hands from getting cut?

my next is a charcoal (stornoway grey metallic) regular sport land rover. I receive it late tomorrow. When i got a ride back to my house from a party 1 night from a friend (it is his parents car) the leather felt SOOOOOO amazing. It seemed like just such a luxurious car. Again great work on this 1! I am guessing the paint on the 1 i have to work on is going to be soft also. I have a feeling it has a lot of RIDS judging on their 3 kids.

Awesome work as usual. I was thinking the same thing though. People with the high end cars spend all this money to get there car perfect but then neglect it so terribly afterwards. Does anyone ever tell them or try to explain to them why there paint is getting so terribly marred? I know it is job security but no reason for it to get so bad. If there not gonna let you maintain the finish they should learn how to atleast wash it without marring.
