G35stilez will become famous soon enough
1998 Bmw E36 M3

Up for pampering on the first snowfall weekend in the NorthEast was this beautifully kept E36 M3. I've really always been a fan of the design, handling, and overall performance of this car; my feelings were only enhanced on this day. Kept in beautiful shape since birth by its original owner, I had the chance to spend time on the real intricate details like cleaning the spare tire and well, gas door compartment, deep into the jams, and polishing/cleaning the kidney grills with my fingers rather than correcting the scour marks that usually tarnish a 10-year old finish.

The interior was very clean, but also very dry. Everything cleaned up well and the leather took well to the 2 light coats of Z10 I supplied it. My finals were as follows:

- Folex and Steam Clean carpets and mats
- Stoner's Invisible Glass on glass
- EFHI cut 3:1 to clean jams
- Zaino Z9 to clean leather, vinyl, rubber, plastic (plus steam on front seats)
- Zaino Z10 x 2 to condition leather, vinyl, rubber, plastic
- Zaino Z8 on gauges, clear plastic displays, and in jams
- Dry MF final wipedown

The exterior had light to moderate swirling with some built up tar and break dust on the lowers. The paint also had some dullness to it which Z-PC helped revitalize. The owner requested that I use his Zymol products for finishing and since the car lives in a garage and is not driven more than about 500 miles per year, I had no problem doing so. Being said, I'm still not really a fan of the *wax* technology nor application/removal, but damn, this paint looked awesome when I was done .

- Zaino Z7 to wash
- Zaino Z18 clay with Z7 as lube
- EFHI cut 3:1 to clean tires, wells, exhaust
- P21s Wheel Cleaner on wheels (x 2 for insides)

- Zaino Z-PC via PC via white polishing pad @6
- Zymol HD Cleanse by hand

- Zaino Z8 on trim
- Zaino CS on wheels
- Zaino Z-AIO and #0000 Steel Wool on exhaust
- Zaino Z16 on tires x 2
- Chemical Guys VRT cut 2:1 in wells

- Zymol Glasur Paste Wax by hand

Before

After

Cheers.

I own the same color (i think, arctic silver?) and that detail looks great. It's really hard to get it to look very 'wet' just like other light-colored cars, great job!

Very impressive! That car is in excellent condition for being a 98. How many miles does it have?

i'd switch out the headlights with some euros ASAP. It was a day/night difference as for safety. It will still be considered stock in Europe

I have a 97 Techno Violet m3. When i get back from school in December, I have a whole new suspension overhaul ready to be installed. Koni Adjustable front and Back, RTABs, RSMs, and I bought z3 Reinforcement plates for the RTABs.
