THanks all, never could have done it without everything I learned here over the past years. Won 3rd place in extremely modified & got 2nd place glass. (for the etching of the rear windows)

I'll tell you, the sponsoring club had a detail company show up with about 8 guys and they washed and detailed a lot of PT cruisers for what seemed to be a very reasonable price. It looked like they actually might have been doing a pretty decent job as I watched them regularly change the soap bucket water and use fresh towels to dry. But everybody always looks at me funny when I say nobody but me washes my car and nothing but microfiber towels ever touch my paint! The car is now a year old with minimal swirls & micro marring because I am very careful. Some people just don't care and there cars look like swirl mart. But that's ok, I DO!

Nice to see a fellow Cruiser on the forum. My Cruiser made the top ten list at the Block Party last fall. They even featured it in the Cruiser Quarterly. cool stuff. Congrads on your win? Gary
