Unhappy Another sad day is approaching

.....this time in Porsche land.

We are in the process of moving back to Australia (from SoCal), so my beloved Boxster will have to be sold.

If I think too much about this, too many tears appear. I know its just a car, but its so much more. I have spent so much time with my kids in this car and have so many memories........here are a few:

First show with my daughter.......we got a PERFECT SCORE!

This one is a great pic taken by my 9yr old boy

A great weekend away with my daughter at the San Luis Obispo show. We were best of Show in the Street Division....just 0.1 deduction

The Santa Barbara Concours last year. WE HAD TO WIN, to have a chance of winning the year end championship....we did on both accounts

A great trip this year to Tuscon with my daughter. We also won Best of Show

My son hard at work at the Orange Coast Concours. We were up against trailered garage queens and we still won Best of Show with a record high score.

The drive through Yosemite earlier this year with my wife....unforgettable.

If anyone wants a great Boxster just click here for more info

JB...

I am sorry to hear that you have to sell that beauty. I always loved hearing about your show results.

Congrats on all your win. Very very impressive...

Thumbs up JB, good luck on your move.

You'll have many fine memories with all the nice pictures. Who knows, perhaps they'll be another car like it in your future.

Regards.

Gorgeous car and a nice looking family

I know it must be difficult to have to sell it (the car not the family ).
Your still gonna post from down under though, right?
We want to see pics of the car you get there.

p.s. I liked the info on the garage door hack.

Regards,

Shame about the Boxster, but I hope all goes well for you with regards to the move back to Oz.

I bet you'll be packing your bags with more detailing products than clothes!

Oh, that's a shame. Someone else will have to take over the winning ways with that beauty.

We will miss you!

JB, on another note, where did you get the little Porsche sticker in the rear? It looks as if it's almost transluscent. Is it?

Nobody has asked... why do you have to sell it? The transport charges to Australia whould certainly be less than a new car.

Australia is right-hand drive...............and only left-hand drive cars +15 years old can get exemptions.

Hopefully an Autopian will buy it

I can imagine what an attachment you have built with that car.

Best of luck with your travels to come.
