Concours/ show and shine rules needed.
Hi All
Our car club is reviewing its rules at present, i am looking fo ther clubs rules etc, to compare to ours, can any one help.

I gather that a "show and shine" is a relaxed, friendly event with few rules -- quite different from a Concours. But if you want to see the concours rules from Jaguar Clubs of North America, you can find them at the JCNA website.

Rich can you do me a favour and emphasize that its important that 'Judges' know the correct finishes on the cars they are judging, any fool can respray a part to look good but to match the correct colour as the original takes a bit of effort.
People should be told if work they have done is incorrect so they are able to improve for the next show,and maybe a little advice on what they could do to improve the car in general would be helpful.

That is one of my main issues, the judges dont know these things. I am suggesting over restored cars go in the modified class.
