interior scuff protectant..
I need something for the interior of my new work car, a mazda cx5 (double the gas mileage from my old car )
in the back there are all the plastic pieces I want to put something on so that later when I sell it, or no longer use it for work, I can peel it off and it will still look good...any ideas?
will clear film work, or will it ruin the plastic?

I don't know if a film would stick to the texture well. Plasi-dip might be a good way to go.

I cover vulernable areas of my dog-haulers with material from HatchBag (link: SUV Cargo Liner | Car Roof Top Carrier | Pet Barrier | Hatchbag Inc. ). You can buy the material uncut, in sheets up to 5' wide, too.
Besides keeping things clean and protecting against the dog messes, the material protects the various surfaces when I haul equipment/etc. around.
I'm absolutely sold on the stuff! When I dispose of my dog-haulers people are always saying things like "Gee, the interior looks just like new, it even still smells like a new car!" even though said vehicle has been hauling nasty stuff around for years

Wow, I was just thinking about a way to protect everything. Especially since I detail out of a Bimmer wagon...

Wrap it in Carbon Fiber vinyl? You get the racer look and the protection all in one shot

I like the idea of that HatchBag material though, looks like it would be effective for sure.Charlie
