How to install a passenger side AC vent for 98 Toyota tacoma

Hi,
I need to replace the passenger side AC vent in a 98 tacoma? Do i need to remove the old vent from behind the dash or can i remove it from the front. Please help.

Cover a thin blade with a soft towel and increase the gap between the dash and deflector at the pivot point on either side. If you already have the new one you can see where it is. The new one will just snap in.

I want to install an AC vent too.. what car accessories would i need and about how much would it cost?
