The Pony's in the paddock for the winter

Winter came today here in Marlborough, Massachusetts. It snowed enough make the roads wet and cover the grassy areas with a coating. The DPW salted the roads...

The Mustang is now "in the paddock" until spring, and I have closed my detailing venture until then. I brought everything in from the garage.

I did put together a "care package" to bring to the firehouse so I can wash my vehicles there (we are allowed to do it after the office closes, nights and weekends as long as all the "committee work" is done in the station )

x2.

That's pretty cool that you are allowed to wash vehicles at the station. Gotta tell you though, it's still 80 degrees here LOL.

What a d*ck, responding that way to a respected member. I signed in just to give negative Karma.

I'd do anything to have a warm place to wash a car in the dead of winter here in Jersey.

I feel for ya man. I would hate to have to store my Stang for the winter. The benefits of living a little further south I guess. But then we don't get the nice seasons like you

Oh and HollaGeo you're a wang

I'm right down the road from you DaGonz - definitely a sad day today. I begrudgingly put the car away last weekend. I've got a detail job this weekend, and its gonna be COOOOOOLD. You're fortunate to have a nice place to work on your mustang.

Yeah--I always admired my firefighter cousin's ability to wash at the station in the dead of winter, but I always realized that he earned it.

And, hey, it's only four months till March!

Happy Thanksgiving, Gonz! I'm thankful for guys like you!

Thats good you have somewhere to wash cars. It is still in the ninety's down here in Louisiana so we don't have to worry about much.

I know how easy it can be to hit that submit button without giving the post enough thought. Just an FYI, you can go into edit and delete your post.

If you are actually serious about being a part of this community I think it would be a good idea.

As you can see we are not that tolerant of this kind of post...
