Yes! BMW Finally Gets It RIGHT!

Being an huge BMW enthusiast, I'm saddened by many of the new styling I see BMW incorporate into their final production vehicles. I don't mean to be offensive to those who may own the lines, but besides the 3 series coupe I find every new BMW either appalling or very lack luster. That is, until this...

This is the BMW Concept CS - a four door luxury GT. I'm not a purist who demands that all sports cars confine to strict, coupe like standards. Hey if you want to put a W12 in the Bently GT, go for it! -but imagine what happens when BMW does something similar. The agile and invigorating ride of a BMW, and this time with GOOD LOOKS!

Looks to me like a cross between a 6 Series, a Bently GT and a Maserati Quatroporto

It's nice..definetly a large vehicle though. The beauty of this car is the subtle aggressiveness. I love both the front and back ends.

Yup, the front incorporates the intakes we see on the new X5 (which I actually do sortra like looks wise) and the back has the 6 Series lip with a Bently GT esque exhaust. GORGEOUS !

Love the look from the sides but don't like the front or rear. It's like a late entry to the CLS party.

EDIT: Looking at it again there's some rather large changes that have to be made before it comes to market. Bumpers?

I'm pretty sure those are the bumpers...my car, despite being far inferior, in similiar is design as far as the bumpers. They are very 'integrated' so to speak.

Looking at the front profile, I see lots of exposed tire. Not a good thing.

It's really not bad until you get close enough to see the details. Some of the folds in the rear quarter panel might actually whistle at highway speeds, LOL.

Way to big, too many curves. Interior... is exquisite in some ways. All I know is I like the new performance out of the newer designs. Appearance wise it will take a generation or two to get right.

Re: Yes! BMW Finally Gets It RIGHT!

The concept looks just like the Jaguar C-XF concept.
