He didn't decide to keep that one long, did he? Looks like he's gonna take a pretty good $ hit on that to get rid of it at this stage.

The above poster was just trying to say from the looks of the way the auction was going the seller wasn't going to make money off the sale, in fact he would take a big loss to the pocket. If you do your research and check the auction you would be able to see people only are willing to bid up to $20,000 and didnt reach the reserve....hence taking a loss especially since he hasnt sold it.

Sheesh!

Look, resale value aside, it's a rare day when you're not gonna take a hit on a car that's less than a year old. Obviously the auction wasn't going all that well yet and it ended without getting close to what he was hoping for. Even his Buy-It-Now price was $30k, do you really think he got it that cheap from the dealer?

Play nice, everyone. There's no need for name-calling and such.

Sweet ride. Wish I had the money I'd take it right off of ya in an instant. But, to be honest, I think a fair price for that vehicle with the milage it has would be between $25,000 and $28,000. Sorry buddy, but cars depreciate dramatically once you drive that new car off of the lot.
