The IS350 in that color blue is hotness

Not only do I think the new IS looks aggressive/sexy, but sitting in it was an absolute dream. To this day the most comfortable car i've ever sat in, or drove. I've always been a fan of the BMW 3 series, but I think i'd rather have the new IS350 over the new 3 series.

I looked at and test drove an (auto) IS250 recently. Probably not a fair comparo but it was just "ok" compared to my M3. Nice car, no doubt but at least with the auto no where nearly the sporty characcter of an M3, or even a 3301 W/sport package. I would compare it more to the Acura TL.

Should have taken the IS350 out for a spin. Huge difference between the two when I drove both of them. It was weird because the IS250 is AWD whereas the IS350 is RWD, and for some reason I felt like I had way more traction with the 350 than the 250.

Weird thing is you can only get a stick in the IS250. I wanted to drive a stick car, but when I got there all they had was an auto, so I took it for a spin anyway. MAybe Ill drive the IS350 in the pring for the heck of it. But optioned out they are close to $50k!!!

Is the new IS still called the Toyota Altezza in Japan? If so, that's interesting, considering that car basically led to Americans coining the term "altezza" tail lights.

The new IS really is a different car from the first gen IS. I dunno about you guys, but the IS300 has a "sporty" feel to it. The new IS250/350 when I drove them just didn't have a sporty feeling. I haven't driven one with a sport package yet, but I assume it won't be that much sportier. Lexus pretty much shafted enthusiast with the new IS. On a sidenote, I think I'm going Audi as my IS replacement Wish I could afford an RS4 though.....maybe in 10 years.

I love this color, only available on RS models though.
