I saw that car at Pep Boys and the owner went directly to the ricer aisle. Not sure what other crap he could add but he gets an A+ for effort....I guess.

Doesn't suit you, Scottwax.
Needs a bigger wing, get some chrome spinner hubcaps. Chrome hubcaps that don't spin are out the window. Each neon needs to be a different color for maximum effect.
