Modified cars won't bring much off a dealer's lot.

If that car was completely stock, it would bring much more money.

Modifications ALWAYS reduce the retail value of the car. Why? Most people feel that, if the car is modified, it has probably had the piss driven out of it. (and they are usually right!)
