Great Subscription To R&T and C&D...
1-year subscription to BOTH for $14.
Mine came thru an insert in the NOV issue of R&T. $7 per is the lowest price I have seen since my boyhood days.

Good deal! Whenever I find a deal like that, I renew everything. Right now, I have C&D until 2010!

Thanks for the tip.
Do you think I can get the insert if I just go to a Bookstore, or is the insert for people who already subscribe?

Wow, and here I thought getting Car and Driver for $5 a year was good! I think some of these mags are getting more like newspapers where ad revenue is where the money comes from, not subscription fees.

Years ago I renewed my C&D subscription for 6 years, then a month or two later, a student came to the house selling magazine subscriptions - I got a 10 year renewal on that one! I don't remember the cost back then, but both were a good deal. Those renewals ran out about a year ago. Now I just go year to year, but I'm going to check this out.
I've subscribed to C&D for about 23 years now.

Going to have to look into this. I already get C&D, paid through 2007; but I guess it could be extended and I'd get MT too.
