I'll miss the NSX.....The owners will definately have a collector's gem and I'll be anxious to see & detail the replacement....Thanks for the article.

Of course it's a Honda press release, but they claim to have considerable popularity and to have won over many fans, yet they then mention worldwide sales of 18,000 over 15 years...
They are neat cars, but ~$80k for a V6 with less than 300hp, especially one that weighs over 3,000 lbs...
If Honda actually does continue to support the car, then I say thumbs up to them. There's a lot of incentive to leave owners in the lurch for low-volume cars of several years ago.

Can't wait to see what the new car brings. The NSX is truly a legend that presented many firsts in a production car. The low sales numbers leave owner in an exclusive club where you will see yourself coming and going VERY rarely and even after all those years in production the design is still timeless. What a gem!

you can't find a new one for 80k. they sticker at 90 and depending on availabilty i've seen them go for 99k. i could care less what the HP is as the new ones get into the 12's stock, which is all that is needed. As far as sales, it is a handbuilt limited car so 18k in 15 years makes sense.......

I wonder how they going name it? HSX?? <-- I hope not, it stand for Honda SuX. L
Yeah anyway, I drove a 1994 model and 2002 model when I was in Va. I gotta tell ya, if I have money now, I would buy just any year of NSX and turbo that biatch.

I drove a '98 but rode in a '91 and there is night and day difference between the 270HP w/5 speed and the 290HP w/6 speed cars. Many let the idea that the car only has 290HP seem to be a downfall. Seems to produce some mighty numbers for "just" 290HP though.
If the Viper 8 liter V10 were made by Honda, it'd have over 900HP!!!!
Well at least by my account.

At $80,000 you want the car to last a while. A "Dodge", give me a break.
