Kudos to Honda for getting rid of that Buick back end. I bet that's the whole reason they bothered to revise the car this early in its lifespan. The bottom of the rear quarters looks bloated with those small tires, but otherwise it's a nice re-design.

My wife has a 2003 Accord and I have a 2005 TL. That back end looks like they are trying to sort of mold the rear of the TL on to the Accord. I don't really mind the rear of her car, at least with the color her car is, but new design will certainly help on the lighter colored cars. Only other changes looks like somewhat dull wheels and a provision for foglights on the sedans now without cutting a hole in the bumper.

buick back end?
argh, that's such a horrible way of putting it.
i think the current model's back end for the coupe has a mercedes inspired look personally.
i mean, look at this side by side comparison:
http://motortrend.com/roadtests/coup...rd/index2.html

the only other change for the 2006 model that has my interest sparked is
the front grill, hard to tell from photos, but maybe the grill is now all chrome instead of black.
that'd be sweet.

The rear looks like a Ford Five Hundred/Acura TL/2nd gen. Avalon orgy. As much as I do not like the rear of the current sedan, I think it fits the overall style of the car better.

i agree the current model sedan's back end is something quite horrible.
it's the ******* child of some of the worst "other car makers designs"

but the 2dr coupe's rear?... that's damn sexy!

I was referring to the current sedan when I said it had a Buick back end. I agree, the coupe looks awesome, no issues there.

Still looks too boring to me. They need to jazz up the front end.
