Ouch. Fixable how? Someone put a link on here recently about sanding and painting something not quite so bad as this. You can certainly smooth it out somewhat, although possibly to do a good job the tire might have to come off. I had my wheels repainted years ago (I had some corrosion from the salt/wheel weights that they machined off and repainted the lips) at this place:
Wheel Collision Center . They would weld it up, polish it back, repaint, and you would never know you had dinged it.
