7/70 extended warranty

I've got an '01 Lincoln Town Car with 32k miles. The 4yr/48k warranty is almost up. Is it worth it to by an extended 7yr/70k mile warranty?

What are reputable warranty companies to deal with and what will it cost?

I'll probably have the car 7 years and I drive about 12k miles per year.

If you plan on taking it back to a Ford or Lincoln-Mercury dealer, then the most reputable and easiest to deal with should be Ford themselves for an extended warranty. They won't be the cheapest, but you should be able to get pricing from a Ford or L-M dealer, and they have different levels of plans available.
