How much show I pay to have 4runner bumpers painted to match body?

I currently own a two tone 1998 4runner Limited in anthracite. I'm looking to upgrade my pre-1999 bumpers (front and rear). I'm gonna ditch the old chrome ones. The new bumpers are black, but I want to have them painted to match my 4runner. The cladding and fenders are slightly darker than the anthracite color on the doors, rear and hood. Any idea how I could find out the color code for the darker parts? How much should I pay someone to paint them locally. Since the new bumpers aren't installed yet, there shouldn't be much prepwork involved (no masking). I do want it to be a quality job (base, color, clear). Any idea how much is a reasonable amount to pay?

Do the prep work yourself, it will save everybody some time and expense.
