97 Dodge 2500
It might be a 98 im not sure.

Anyways, its a V-10, with power windows ect.

My question is: Are these vehicles clear coated?

The roof and the hood are SEVERLY oxidized, im not sure if it is a result of complete clear coat loss or not.

Im looking to buy it, and wondered if i will need a repaint, or if i can buff it out.
